Once the fuse is lit (Action), all twenty-four arrows inside the tube will be launched in the next round. The arrows can travel up to long range, and their sheer numbers make the attack roll four steps easier. On a successful attack, a multi-stinger inflicts 16 points of damage. This damage should be treated as four groups of 4 damage. So armor will apply to each group of damage separately. Only takes one arm to operate as the device itself is quite light.
A multi-stinger can be reloaded in one minute, if you have a loading package (usually offered by the same person who supplied the original weapon).
