Eye’s are as close to regular humans as The Hive will allow. They are just barely mutants, different enough that they can hear the hive but common looking enough that they can blend into larger cities and towns. Eyes are disposable infiltrators, there are usually a half a dozen or more in any given Steadfast city.

Eyes can’t fight. They just… They’re terrible at it. There is a reason they are infiltration experts. Once in a blue moon you’ll find one that can fight back, but even then its just basic weapon training.
Eyes are very committed to their role of Everyday Human. Unless you can provide absolute proof that they’re a mutant, they’ll just act like regular people, albeit slightly evasive people. Should you conclusively reveal what they are, they’ll run like hell.
Eyes are a fun way to hint at a greater conspiracy in the current area. Have them spy on your group as they enter a city, and if your group confronts them have a dramatic reveal of what they actually are.
Given that they are pretending to be regular people they only carry boring regular stuff, as well as 2d6 shins.
