Water Pressure Cutter : Artifact

Published March 26, 2014 by

Description

In other worlds it would have been a cutting tool that drew its ability from the moisture in the air around it, but in the Ninth World someone has made it into a weapon. With a swing it generates a strong, fast and thin blade of water, capable of cutting even metal.

Details

Level:
1d6+1
Form:
A long canister, about 15 inches (0,6m), that resembles a rusty old pipe with some parts that have no obvious use from previous modifications. Someone has put some cloth around it to improve the grip and the look.
Depletion:
1 in 1d20 (5%; see Effect for other notes)
Effect:

You use it as a Light Weapon, but deals damage like as a Medium Weapon. Ignores 2 point of Armor.

It only works in places with humidity – when in dry places (like deserts) it cannot recharge its cells effectively. As a result, you can only use it a number of times equal to its Level before it dries out. This condition is in addition to the depletion roll and has the same effect.
